Built for Patients, Not Insurance Companies
Our Mission
Reduce the administrative burden placed on patients facing insurance denials.
The Problem
A denial puts the insurer's staff, systems, and time on one side, and a bill, a confusing letter, and a limited number of free hours on the other.
In 2024 data from HealthCare.gov Marketplace plans, consumers appealed fewer than 1% of denied claims (KFF, March 2026).
Most people in that position were never taught how appeals work, and the instructions in a denial letter are not always easy to follow.
What We Do
Remedy Support builds free tools and guides. Explain My Denial translates a denial letter into plain language. The Appeal Library covers denial reasons, carriers, states, and deadlines. The appeal letter generator turns your answers into an editable letter. You decide what to send, and you send it yourself.
What We Don't Do
- We do not file, submit, or track appeals for you.
- We do not provide legal advice.
- We do not provide medical advice.
- We do not represent you.
- We do not guarantee appeal outcomes.
- We are not affiliated with any insurance company.
The decision rests with your plan and, where applicable, the relevant regulator.
