1. Who We Are

Remedy Support is operated by Neurvana AI, LLC, a New York limited liability company. This site provides information about the health insurance appeal process and provides access to administrative appeal services at appeals.remedy.support.

2. What We Collect and Why

On the informational pages of this site, we collect basic analytics data using Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site. This includes page views, referral sources, and general device and browser information. Google Analytics collects and transmits this data in aggregated, non-identifiable form. No personal health information or identifiable information is collected on these pages. Your browser may transmit data to Google's servers; we do not process or store your raw analytics data directly. You can control Google Analytics collection through your browser settings or by using Google's opt-out browser extension. For details on how Google processes your data, see Google's Privacy Policy.

Analytics are used for internal site performance reporting only. We do not use this data for marketing, retargeting, or third-party advertising. When you proceed to appeals.remedy.support to begin your intake, Google Analytics is not loaded on that domain, and all PHI handling is conducted outside of any third-party analytics systems.

When you begin the intake process at appeals.remedy.support, additional information is collected as described in section 3 below.

If you contact us directly by email, we retain that correspondence to respond to your inquiry. We do not add you to any marketing list without your explicit consent.

3. Intake and Protected Health Information

The intake process at appeals.remedy.support collects information necessary to prepare and transmit your administrative appeal, including personal identifiers, insurance information, and documentation you provide. This information may constitute protected health information under HIPAA and is handled accordingly.

PHI is stored in an encrypted, access-controlled environment. It is not used for any purpose other than preparing and transmitting your appeal and communicating with you about your case. It is not sold, shared with third parties for marketing purposes, or retained beyond the period necessary to service your case.

Your HIPAA Authorization, executed during intake, governs the specific scope of use and disclosure applicable to your case.

4. What We Do Not Do

  • We do not sell your data.
  • We do not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
  • We do not use tracking cookies for advertising or retargeting.

5. Data Retention

Contact correspondence is retained only as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry. Analytics data is retained in aggregated, non-identifiable form. Case-related PHI is retained in accordance with applicable HIPAA requirements and deleted upon case closure per our data retention schedule.

6. Regulatory Compliance

Remedy Support operates remedy.support in compliance with applicable federal and New York state privacy requirements. Analytics on remedy.support are handled separately from case data and PHI; Google Analytics operates outside the HIPAA BAA framework and collects only aggregated, non-identifiable traffic data.

For privacy questions related to an active case at appeals.remedy.support, refer to the HIPAA Authorization and separate Privacy Policy you received during intake.
