1. The Service

Remedy Support provides free educational tools and general information about health insurance denials and appeals. The tools include Explain My Denial, the Appeal Library, and calculators. They also include an appeal letter generator. Remedy Support no longer offers paid appeal preparation or filing.

2. What Remedy Support Does Not Do

Remedy Support is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, medical advice, or representation. Using the tools does not create an attorney-client relationship. It does not file, submit, transmit, or track appeals, does not communicate with your plan, and does not guarantee any outcome.

3. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for reviewing all output against your records, confirming deadlines and submission routes using your denial notice and plan documents, signing any form your plan requires, attaching your supporting documents, submitting your appeal, and keeping proof of what you sent and when. If a tool reads a document for you, check every detail it fills in against the document. Reading can be wrong. Do not enter information you do not have the right to enter.

4. Tool Output

Output from AI tools may be incomplete or wrong. It is general information and is not a substitute for your plan's documents.

The appeal letter generator does not use AI. It fills fixed wording with the answers you give, including details the tool reads from a document you add. Reading a document is automatic and can be wrong or incomplete, and you check every detail before it goes in a letter. It does not evaluate your facts or advise you on which arguments to make. The paragraphs in your letter depend on the options you choose. You choose what the letter says, and you decide whether and how to use it. References to laws and regulations in a letter are general and may not apply to your plan. If you want legal advice about your appeal, consult a licensed attorney. Your state insurance regulator can also explain your rights.

5. No Fee

The tools are free. We may change or discontinue a tool at any time.

6. No Professional Advice

The information on this site is provided for general educational purposes only. Nothing on this site constitutes legal advice, medical advice, financial advice, or a guarantee of any appeal outcome.
